Top toner for oily skin
I have found the best toner for my very oily skin which can sometimes become very dry due to my use of retinol. This toner is effective for all skin conditions. I absolutely love it.

I really enjoy using this toner although my only issue is that I have to use a pad to apply it. I personally prefer a spray. Other than that it's fantastic.
