A: Orders are shipped twice daily, at 9:00 AM EST and 11:00 AM EST. If your order was placed before these cutoff times, we can assist with:
- Changing your shipping address.
- Canceling you order

Please note that once your order has been shipped, edits are no longer possible.

Q: How do I access my rewards?
A: You can view your rewards by logging into your account here: https://dermstreet.com/account/login
If you haven’t signed up for an account yet, you can do so here: https://dermstreet.com/account/register. Your rewards from previous orders will automatically sync to your account once registered.
Q: I got an email saying my order was delivered, but I can’t find it.
A: Sometimes carriers scan packages as "delivered" before they are physically dropped off. Please allow an additional 24 hours for your package to arrive.
- If you still haven’t received your order after 24 hours, contact us, and we’ll send you a replacement immediately.
