SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Domestic Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in the contiguous United States.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays and other select holidays. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00am EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am EST will ship the next business day.
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the order’s ship date, unless there are delays from the carrier. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to be delivered.

Domestic Returns Policy:
We are only happy when you are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DermStreet, you may return it within 30 days.

Please include your name and order number, and we will gladly send you a return label.
Need to cancel your order?
We begin preparing your package for shipment as quickly as possible. Should you need to cancel your order, you must cancel before 11:00am EST on the day you purchased. If you placed an order after 11:00am EST, you must cancel before 9:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 11:00am EST.
Damaged Items:
We do our very best to ensure that every item in your order arrives safely! If your package was damaged during shipment, please keep both the box and the damaged items as they may be needed for verification.
To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Go to our returns portal: https://dermstreet.com/a/returnzap.
- Click on "Start a Return."
- Select store credit as your refund method.
- Once your request is submitted, you will receive the store credit immediately, allowing you to place a new order for a replacement.

To update or cancel a subscription, please log in to your DermStreet account. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one by following the link above. Once logged in, you'll be able to manage all aspects of your subscription.
