Subscription & Auto-Replenishment Terms
DermStreet's Auto-Replenishment program automatically ships your selected products on a recurring schedule so you don't run out. These terms explain how it works, what you'll be charged, and how to cancel.
How it works. When you select Auto-Replenishment on a product, you enroll in a recurring subscription for that item. We'll process a new order and ship it automatically at the interval you choose.
Billing frequency and amount. You authorize DermStreet to charge the payment method on file the subscription price shown at enrollment, at the recurring interval you selected (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). The price and interval for each subscription are shown at the time you enroll and in your account. If a subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before the next charge.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel. There is no fixed end date and no minimum number of orders required.
How to cancel or make changes. You can cancel, pause, skip, or change the frequency or shipping date of any subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation is as easy as signing up. To manage your subscription:
- Log in to your DermStreet account. Go to account.dermstreet.com and open the subscription management section; or
- Email us at customercare@dermstreet.com; or
- Call us at 888-249-2502.
To make sure a change applies to your next order, please cancel or modify at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Confirmation. After you enroll, we'll send a confirmation email summarizing your subscription terms — the price, the billing interval, and how to cancel. Before each recurring order, we'll send a reminder email.
Payment. Recurring charges are processed using the payment method you provide, through our payment processor. You agree to keep your payment and contact information current so we can process your subscription.
