I love this product a d I have been using it for a couple of years now.

Upon receiving the product, I identified two serious issues:

1. Short expiration date: The product expires in approximately 8 months. Given that this is a premium, high-end skincare product, receiving it with such a limited shelf life is completely unacceptable. It suggests the item may have been sitting in inventory for an extended period before being sold to me.

2. Defective packaging: The product does not dispense properly from its container. The pump/lid mechanism appears to be defective, making it extremely difficult — if not impossible — to access the product as intended.

I sent their costumer service an email and hope to
hear back from them.

P.S. Despite receiving a defective product, DermStreet’s customer service-specially Lina- was prompt, professional and resolved my issue quickly. The refund and bonus rewards points were a lovely touch. I appreciate the care they showed!

The new formula is a stark departure from the previous one. It has a richer, darker hue and a thicker consistency. Initially, I was not a fan of it. However, I found that when mixed with the biocream, it performs exceptionally well.
