To apply Grande Cosmetics - GrandePRIMER Pre-Mascara Lengthener & Thickener, simply follow these steps: Start with clean, dry lashes. Apply a thin coat of the primer to your lashes, starting from the base and combing through to the tips. Allow the primer to dry for a few seconds before applying your favorite mascara. Apply mascara as usual, starting from the base of the lashes and wiggling the wand upwards to coat each lash. Repeat the mascara application if desired for added volume and length. That's it!
