Using upward and outward motions, blend the sunscreen evenly into your skin, making sure to cover all exposed areas. Be sure to apply it at least 15 minutes before sun exposure to allow it to fully absorb and take effect. For best results, reapply every two hours, or more frequently if sweating or swimming, to maintain optimal sun protection throughout the day.
