To apply PCA Skin Hydramatte, follow these steps: Start with clean, dry skin. Gently apply a thin layer of the product to your face and neck after using your toner and treatment products. Massage it in using upward, circular motions until fully absorbed. Use daily, in the morning and evening, for best results. For added sun protection, follow up with an SPF if using in the morning.
