Amazing solution for cystic acne
I purchased this product specifically for my cystic acne, and I have been extremely impressed with the results. I usually use it twice daily for a couple of days, and the pimple is completely gone. Normally, it takes about a week for my cystic acne to fully clear up after a breakout. I do have oily skin, and this product did dry it out slightly, but the outcome is definitely worth it!

This product is truly effective! I have tried many salicylic acid serums and gels in the past, and while they have provided some benefits over time, none have worked immediately like this one. I'm not sure what ingredients make it so effective, but it works overnight. Whenever I notice a few pimples starting to appear (I typically get a mix of pustules and painful hormonal cysts that are difficult to treat), I apply this to my entire face and the pimples are significantly reduced by the next morning.
