For years now I have been using this specific cleanser that was initially recommended to me after a fractional laser treatment. It is gentle and does not cause any irritation.

It is effective but only when used with a washcloth to remove makeup. Initially I overlooked the instructions that mentioned the need for a washcloth to remove the makeup after using the cleanser. Without the washcloth it does not effectively remove foundation. However it is gentle and mild and did not irritate my sensitive skin. I personally do not prefer using a washcloth so I ended up using it in the morning or on days when I didn't wear makeup. It works well after chemical peels as others have mentioned. It did not cause any redness except when I rubbed it with a cloth and it did not cause any breakouts.

I love how gentle the Jan Marini Age Intervention Gentle Cleanser is on my sensitive skin and it effectively removes all my makeup.

The aesthetician recommended this product for deep cleaning and gentle care after a facial years ago. I have continued to use it because it effectively cleans my oily skin without drying it out. It is the best product I have found for all skin types.

Jan Marini has done it again with another amazing product. I am a huge fan of the Jan Marini product line and recently discovered this cleanser. I like to alternate between this one and the bioglycolic cleanser for a refreshing change. The way it leaves my skin feeling is absolutely fantastic.
