I have been buying this lotion for over 10 years. This is the first time I have purchased it that the pump doesn't work, so basically it's useless. Now I have to use my time to send it back to get a refund, and in the meantime, I'm still out of my lotion.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Upon delivery, none of the products had safety seals on the packaging or the containers, which raised serious sanitary and quality concerns. I contacted the company and specifically requested replacements that were properly sealed. While the replacements were sent promptly via DHL, they also arrived with no seals on either the boxes or the products.

For health, hygiene, and consumer confidence, proper sealing is essential. Unfortunately, this company did not meet those standards, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

The bottle was broken so I had to empty the contents into another container.

This actually moisturizes my skin. Smells kind of like orange and clove. Was a little unsure of the smell at first, but now, after using a couple of weeks, I really like it. Great product!
