I purchased this some time ago, and it effectively dries out spots! Although it occasionally requires a few applications, it performs well and minimizes the chance of leaving marks behind.

I purchased this product because it includes Tea Tree oil, which is beneficial for skin cancer, and salicylic acid. Although it's not the intended use of the product, it appears to have significantly improved some sun damage spots on my forehead. It dries like a standard acne cream, making it quite noticeable, so I only apply it at night.
