EltaMD UV Restore Tinted Broad-Spectrum SPF 40

It is nice but it dries the skin out a bit

I purchased this moisturizer for my mother who has sensitive skin. Despite her initial doubts about the tint, she found it to be very sheer and enjoyable on her skin. She doesn't apply any makeup on top of it and by the afternoon, her skin doesn't appear greasy or oily. I highly recommend it!

I have conflicting thoughts about this product, making it difficult for me to write this review. The main issue I have is that the tint is slightly too dark for my light skin. If I take the time to spread it well, it's not overly noticeable, and so far, I haven't noticed much oxidation throughout the day. However, I don't feel confident enough to wear it to events where I want to ensure a good and natural look. The consistency is a bit thick, but it feels pleasant on the skin. It takes some time to dry down to a lightly glossy finish. Overall, I don't love it at the moment, but I will continue using it to see if it improves. One remarkable aspect is that it's a mineral-only sunscreen.
