I find this gel to be effective in relieving tension in my neck and shoulders. However, I do find it to be quite expensive, especially considering it is an Elemis product. I typically apply it before bed and it helps me relax my upper back. My only issue is that the tubes don't last very long, which is why I am giving it four stars.
