Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash

The smell is very medicinal and minty because of the tea tree and eucalyptus but I actually love it. It makes my bathroom smell like a spa and it gives my skin this really cool refreshing tingle that helps me wake up in the morning.

I am in my 30s and still dealing with adult acne which is so frustrating but this is the only wash that actually keeps the deep cystic bumps away. It has salicylic acid in it so you can really feel it cleaning out your pores without making your face feel like it is peeling off.

I noticed that my skin doesn't get that mid-day grease slick as much since I started using this. It seems to wash away the extra oil but it doesn't trigger my face to produce even more to compensate.

Honestly you only need a tiny drop because it lathers up so much. I bought this bottle 3 months ago and I am not even halfway through it so even though it is pricey it ends up being a really good value.

If you have sensitive skin you might want to only use this once a day or every other day because the menthol and camphor are pretty strong. For my oily tough skin though it is exactly what I need to feel clean.

The pump is great and doesn't get clogged up with dried soap which is a pet peeve of mine. It feels like a very high quality clinical product that you would see in a dermatologist's office.

I love that it doesn't have any fake floral perfumes or dyes in it. It is just a clear gel that does its job and rinses off perfectly without leaving any weird film behind.

It is definitely a treatment wash so I always follow it up with a good oil-free moisturizer. If you just wash and go your skin might feel a little tight but the balance is perfect once you hydrate.
